Info: "Future of Work in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" -- Work is shifting from an information era to an intelligence era where AI becomes an unseen utility in every task, decision, and creative act. This change is deeply human. The session examines how AI reshapes work, individual value, strategy, leadership, and culture. Using research and examples, it shows how fear can turn into opportunity as human skills like curiosity, communication, critical thinking, creativity, and ethical judgment grow in importance. Participants will learn how AI can act as a capable colleague as organizations move toward creative exploration. The session offers a roadmap for moving from awareness to action through prompting, context engineering, experimentation, and redesigning the social architecture of work. It prepares leaders to empower a workforce ready for rapid change and to create environments where people find meaning and possibility.
