About this Event
Who We Are:
A Bay Area gathering for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ beauty professionals to connect, share resources, and build community.
We’re creating meetups for beauty pros across the Bay Area who want a supportive space to be seen, heard, and uplifted. Each gathering will take place at a different salon, studio, or beauty space, giving us a chance to visit one another’s spaces, exchange knowledge, talk openly about our experiences in the industry, and grow stronger together.
This is not a class, competition, or traditional networking event. It’s a community space for support, conversation, collaboration, rest, and real connection. We aim to create a room for honest conversations about our work, identities, creativity, business, and wellbeing.
Who We Serve:
This gathering is intended for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ beauty professionals, including hairstylists, barbers, makeup artists, estheticians, nail artists, lash artists, brow artists, assistants, apprentices, salon owners, studio owners, educators, and other beauty industry workers in the Bay Area who are looking for community and support.
