Join us for a free live cooking demonstration on an induction cooktop! Learn why Chef Shivaranjini prefers cooking on an induction cooktop and see how she cooks traditional Indian cuisine. You must RSVP on Eventbrite to reserve your spot.

Chef Shivaranjini will cook traditional Indian dishes - masala puri and broken wheat pudding- and samples will be provided to attendees.

Resources will also be available from the City of Milpitas, Silicon Valley Clean Energy and BayREN to learn about benefits of induction cooking, rebates to make the switch more affordable, free programs to test out your own induction cooktop, and more!
