We invite you to join us every Wednesday morning from 8-11 a.m. to enjoy our indoor walking track, located in the main entrance and encircling the Good Samaritan Room! Walking is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise, and our track provides a safe and controlled environment for you to stay active.
Come and go as you please during the designated times. Open to the public ages 55+.
