Challenge yourself with our one-day Indoor Triathlon!Waves begin at 6:40am and go every 20 minutes, with last wave starting at 8am
All events take place at the Winona Family YMCA. Participants compete based on distance completed within the allotted time frame. All participants receive a swag bag and will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary 2026 Trinona Sprint race entry.
The top male and female will receive a complimentary 2026 Trinona Sprint race entry. Must be 16 or older to compete. Awards ceremony and post-event snack at 9:15am.
Swim - 10 mins (pool)
Transition 1 - 10 mins
Bike - 15 mins (stationary bike)
Transition 2 - 5 mins
Run - 15 mins (treadmill)
Total - 55 mins
Members: $40
Non-Members: $65
