Indoor Strength + Conditioning Youth Fitness Camp
Over four action-packed mornings, participants will work with experienced trainers to develop strength, speed, agility, flexibility and overall athleticism through age-appropriate exercises, games and group challenges.
Each participant will also receive a take-home Summer Strength & Conditioning Program, giving them a structured plan they can continue using throughout the summer to stay active, build strength and reinforce what they learn during camp.
