This class will include instruction on the basics of kayaking including paddling skills, standard and adaptive kayak equipment, safety procedures and how to adapt or modify for individual needs. The class begins with instruction on land, followed by on water practice in the pool.*There are essential eligibility requirements to participate in this class.* Once completed, the participant will be able to kayak at summer kayak outings.
