Come to A Birthday Place in Pelham and get to know our Goat Yoga Bham herd up close and personal! Our yoga sessions are "gentle flow" and perfect for beginners…no prior yoga experience required! Mats are included in your ticket price so all you need to do is reserve your spot and come join us for a fun night! We will meet INDOORS down stairs in A Birthday Place's party room so the weather will not be a concern. This is a rain or shine event. We only have space for 20 participants so grab your spot today because it will sell out!! We recommend our yoga sessions for ages 10+ although younger children with athletic builds can also do fine.
