ACRO YOGA JAM & PRACTICE: We will be practicing, training, and having fun with plenty of space for you to work & practice on stuff. Wednesdays 7:15pm at First Lutheran Church, 1301 Colley Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23517.ENTRANCE NOTE: The entrance door to the STRICKLER HALL door is located off Colley Avenue near Baldwin Ave. Look for ACRO signs by the door.
ACRO YOGA PRACTICE JAM: An informal gathering for beginner to advanced levels, where we gather practice whatever skills we know, work on new skills, finesse our techniques, plus teach each other basic poses, techniques, skills, and flows with others. Come by Yourself or Bring Friends! Beginners Always Welcome!
ACRO YOGA: Join us and learn the fun of Acrobatics and Yoga to empower you to embody the practice with grace, ease & joy. Acro Yoga poses and flows will help develop confidence & coordination in various techniques in L-base, Standing, Lifts, Counterbalances, & Lots of Laughter! Acro Jams are for everybody and every body and every skill level - Beginners through Advanced. Safety always first.
NO EXPERIENCE?? NO PROBLEM. New to Acro? We will be happy to show you the basics and you may get hooked into the fun activities. This will immerse you in the joys and fun of Acro.
FLOW ARTS JAMS: Bring your poi, batons, juggling, staffs and any other flow arts to share.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring yoga mats, water bottle, snacks to share, cushions, cameras, towel, ideas, and smiles. Hang out, fly or base, stretch, chill, laugh, observe, learn some cool stuff & most importantly HAVE FUN!

PARKING: FREE Parking lot in the back. Come down Maury Avenue (one way street) and turn right into parking lot.
