Indonesian Supper Night (May 2026)

Ruzita will be back in May to share unique flavours of Indonesian Cuisine.

Ruzita hails from Singapore and grew up experiencing a melting pot of food cultures, drawing from Thai, Malay, Chinese, Indian and indigenous traditions.

Tickets can also be purchased from without additional fees.

For this supper club, she will draw upon the Indonesian food influences found in the famous street food markets of Singapore, such as Mie Bakso (an Indonesian noodle soup with bakso meatballs/mushroom balls), Rendang Sapi (flavourful spices cooked with beef or jackfruit), Gado-gado (fresh Indonesian salad served with peanut sauce), and Sambal Godok (a traditional Indonesian curry cooked with prawns or vegetables).

When purchasing a ticket please be aware that the food you will experience will be amazing, but will also contain allergens especially shellfish, fish, sesame, soy and nuts. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate individual dietaries, if you are allergic to these foodstuffs this supper club may be unsuitable for you.
