Join us on Sunday October 20th, 2024, at Hoiana for an exclusive charity dinner supporting the building of schools and shelters in Nam Trà My District, Vietnam. Indulge in an 8-course menu paired with wine, crafted by two visionary chefs—Kieu Phan and guest chef Tru Lang, founder of Mùa Craft Sake Vietnam, as they bring the roots of Hoi An to Melbourne. Expect a fusion of traditional flavours and refined, elevated Vietnamese cuisine, paired with premium wines to create an unforgettable dining experience. The evening will feature a special Vietnamese dress Ao Dai fashion parade and live auction with items like Vietnam Airlines business class tickets, stays at the 6-star Intercontinental Da Nang, Halong Bay cruises, and exclusive artwork from renowned Vietnamese artists, valued up to $10,000.

About Guest Chef Tru Lang:
Founder of Mùa Craft Sake Vietnam, Tru Lang has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across the globe, including the US, Europe, and Asia. After traveling Vietnam by motorbike, he settled in Hoi An, where he opened MÙA Trà Quế restaurant in 2020, focusing on community, sustainability, and traditional culture. Now, he brings his expertise to this charity dinner to make a lasting impact.
