Indigenous Veterans Day Ceremony

November 8th is National Indigenous Veterans Day. Manotick will be hosting its 2nd Annual INDIGENOUS VETERANS DAY CEREMONY at the Manotick cenotaph.
The Ceremony will commence at 11:00 am.
A reception will follow at the Manotick LEGION at noon. We’ll have delicious indigenous cuisine, live entertainment, special guests, and a jingle dress ceremony.
We call on our indigenous brothers & sisters to join us as we gather in ceremony, and for feast.
Note that EVERYONE IS WELCOME. You don’t have to be Indigenous to attend.
We HONOUR our veterans & fallen, our families & communities. We recognize the price of conflict (before, during and after military life). We heal. We learn. We support each other. We welcome all who wish to show their respect.
Please, join us this November 8th.
