About this Event
We are proud to announce the first ever Indigenous Student Leadership Summit at the University of Saskatchewan. Join us for a day of learning, reflecting and fun as we make space to practice and hone leadership skills.
Keynote: Tenille Campbell
Session 1: Elder Engagement- Learn how to approach Wise ones, Elders, Knowledge Keepers and proper protocol for engaging with and making requests.
Session 2: Budget Workshop: Learn how to manage a budget- whether it be a student group budget or a personal one, tips and tricks to manage the bottom line.
Session 3: Networking: Participate in human bingo with a prize, and opportunities to exchange professional information.
Session 4: Leadership Workshop: Jae Morgans
Snacks and Lunch included, plus swag!
