Join Salamanca yoga instructor Andrea John for a very special Indigenous People's Day Yoga class to celebrate and honor our indigenous neighbors that include the Seneca and all other indigenous people around our country.
Join us as we flow through a yoga sequence that recognizes the Ganö:nyök, a Thanksgiving address that brings our minds together as one as a community. Movement will include yoga and chi gong led by Andrea John, and will complete with a guided savasana led by Kara Bemis.
Proceeds to benefit the Seneca language revitalization 501(c)3, “Agwadeyësta’ Do:gë:h” which means “We Learn Together”
$20 suggested donation
