MONDAY, April 7th! We're celebrating the kick-off of National Library Week with an Indie Lens Pop-Up! š¬š„³šæPresented by ITVS and INDEPENDENT LENS, the Parchment Community Library will host a preview version of the documentary āFree for All: The Public Libraryā followed by a short discussion about libraries that will invite you to share your own library stories.

"Free for All: The Public Library" tells the story of the quiet revolutionaries who made a simple idea happen. From the pioneering women behind the āFree Library Movementā to today's librarians who service the public despite working in a contentious age of closures and book bans, meet those who created a civic institution where everything is free and the doors are open to all.
