★ Welcome to the Hallway Contest of ICC 2025!!! ★💮 Its simple! This contest is solely for those who are not eligible to enter ICC's main Cosplay Event. IN this contest it is only judged based on accuracy to the character you are doing, not by craftmanship. You MAY have commission or store buy (online too) your cosplay and still enter.
❌ ONLY 1 RULE : You may not enter if you have already entered the ICC Main Contest, this is for those who are not able to but still want to win something cool!!

First Place: Certificate & Trophy
2nd Place: Certificate and Medal (acrylic medal)
Judges Choice: Certificate & 3rd Place Medal (Same as 2nd)
☣ This event is funded fully and ran solely by me, not sponsored by ICC and this event will take place outside of the con, pending weather--- If this is a success and many like it, it will be a yearly thing. ☣
