Cook along with Jothi, a nurse and natural cook, and discover the joy of simple, nourishing Indian vegetarian cuisine. Learn how the yogic diet emphasizes pure, natural foods that support health, clarity of mind, and vitality.
Menu Includes:
- Mélange of basmati rice and quinoa
- Chayote squash with coconut and vegetables
- Whole mung dal with spinach
- Sooji halva with pineapple
