Indian Vegetarian Cooking Workshop

Online registrants will receive a Zoom link at least one hour before the workshop.

We present to you an Ayurveda cooking workshop. The meal we will prepare together is full of nutrients, is easy to digest and is an immunity-booster. The workshop includes instructions on how to make ghee, which is excellent for our bones, improves memory and increases muscle power.

After cooking, we will gather to eat the delicious meal and have an opportunity to connect with fellow participants.

MENU
Whole wheat paratha with potato filling
Yogurt mixed with beets, cilantro, spices and gram flour balls
Cilantro mint chutney
Rice kheer (with rice, milk, dried fruits and spices)
