Indian SoundBath in Glasgow | April 2026

Join me at The Arlington Bath Club on Sunday 05 April 2026 at 11:00 AM for a calming, restorative evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Through a gentle blend of yoga nidra, reiki, and a range of handmade instruments, the soundbath draws on the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space - to support deep relaxation and energetic balance. This is a nurturing space to unwind, de-stress, and settle into stillness.

This is a ticketed charity event, with tickets priced at £20 per person.

100% of the net proceeds after Eventbrite fees will be donated to Glasgow Women’s Aid, a cause very close to my heart. Glasgow has one of the highest rates of recorded domestic abuse incidents in Scotland, and these figures continue to rise. Domestic abuse is a public health issue, and the work Glasgow Women’s Aid does to support women, children, and young people is vital.

By attending, you are directly supporting this important work while giving yourself space to rest, restore, and reconnect.
