About this Event

Indo Chinese cuisine is a combination of Indian spices and Chinese cooking techniques often referred to as 'Hakka' Chinese. It originated in the eastern part of Indian (namely Calcutta/ Kolkata) where the first Chinatown was formed about a century ago.

Gobi Manchurian (veg)

Sweet Corn Soup

Hakka Noodles: Noodles tossed with garlic and vegetables (spring onions, cabbage, green beans, carrots etc)

Chilli Chicken

This will be held in a private residence and is limited to 6 students.
