SOUND BATH & ENERGETIC RESET
Join Alicia Grant, Certified Sound Frequency Practitioner, for an evening of deep relaxation, healing sound, and meaningful connection.
Using crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, percussion, vocal toning, chimes, ocean drum, and other therapeutic instruments, Alicia creates an immersive sound experience designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore a sense of balance.
This special two-hour event includes: One hour of immersive sound bath therapy
and One hour to unwind, connect, reflect, and enjoy community in a peaceful setting
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
