About this Event

Income Diversification Workshop presented by Shared Purpose

Finding it harder to fund your organisation?

Want to feel more confident about where your next income will come from?

Join this practical and interactive workshop designed to help voluntary and community organisations strengthen their financial resilience and open up new funding opportunities.

This interactive session delivered by Mukesh Oza, who has over 25 years’ experience supporting charities and social enterprises, will explore:

Why income diversification matters – and how to make it work for your organisation

· How to assess your current income mix and spot new opportunities

· Grants, contracts, donations, trading and social investment – what to consider for each

· Simple tools to map your income, manage risks and prioritise next steps

You’ll leave with clear, practical actions to broaden your funding base, reduce reliance on single funders, and plan for long-term sustainability.
