Inclusive Sports Day at Pyrmont Community Centre

The day will be filled with positive energy, refreshments, and accessible activities. We aim to create a welcoming space where everyone can move, connect and participate at their own pace.

Program:

• 9:45am to 10:15am - welcome and morning tea
• 10:15am to 10:45am - boxing class
• 10:45am to 11:15am - seated dance class
• 11:15am to 11:45am - disability advocacy talk, Nidhi Shekaran
• 12pm to 1pm - light refreshments
• 1pm to 1:30pm - fitness workshop (obstacle course, balance, target practice)

All activities are designed to be inclusive to help improve confidence, health and fitness for people with disability.

The event is for people with disability and carers. Bookings are essential .

You will be required to complete our pre-exercise form prior to starting this event.
