Join us for Move Together, a joyful, body-inclusive fitness event designed to celebrate movement in all its forms—and all bodies.

Choose your own flow with two uplifting class options:
11:30 AM Mat Pilates with AnyBodiesPilates — a grounding, strength-building session that focuses on control, breath, and body connection
12:30 PM Step Class with The Training Lab — a welcoming, beginner friendly class that helps learn the basics of step aerobics at your own pace. Together, we'll break down foundational moves, practice rhythm and coordination and build confidence moving on and around the step!

Want both? You got it. Ticket options let you choose one class or combine both for the ultimate movement mashup. No matter your experience level, your size, or your background, you are welcome here. This space is judgment-free, inclusive, and empowering—because fitness should feel good and belong to everyone.
