A gentle, sensory-friendly yoga class designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism and Down syndrome. We focus on simple movements, breath, and relaxation to build confidence, mobility, and calm—at a supportive pace with clear, step-by-step guidance.
What to expect
• Short, easy-to-follow sequences with plenty of breaks
• Visual cues, props, and chair options for comfort and stability
• Quiet, welcoming environment with consistent routines
• Caregivers/support staff are welcome to attend as needed
