UPDATE:::
Event Update: Today’s Inclusion Fair Has Been Rescheduled for Thursday, August 13th.
The health and safety of our community is always our top priority. Due to very unhealthy air quality caused by wildfire smoke, we have made the difficult decision to cancel today’s Thursdays at the Farm, and the Inclusion Fair event.
While we’re disappointed, this is the safest choice for our participants, families, volunteers, staff, and community member, especially those who are more sensitive to poor air quality.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW 📅 The Inclusion Fair has been rescheduled for Thursday, August 13.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming everyone for a fun, inclusive day together next month.
Please stay safe, limit outdoor exposure if possible, and take care of one another.

Looking for inclusive classes, services, activities, or support for yourself or someone you love?
Finding the right programs shouldn't mean spending hours searching dozens of websites or making countless phone calls. That's why we're bringing many of our community's most welcoming organizations together in one place.
Join us at Homesteads for Hope for our first-ever Inclusion Fair, where you'll have the chance to meet local nonprofits, service providers, schools, clubs, and businesses that offer inclusive opportunities for children, teens, and adults of all abilities.
Whether you're searching for recreation, education, support services, creative outlets, employment resources, or simply a place where someone can feel like they belong, you'll find caring people ready to answer questions and help you discover what's available right here in our community.
Stay for an evening of live music, great food, beautiful views along the Erie Canal, and all the fun of Thursdays at the Farm while making meaningful connections that could open new doors.
