Join us for a monthly community meet up held on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
This drop in evening is designed for individuals of all ages and all disabilities, as well as families and caregivers, to gather in a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.
Whether you are hoping to meet others, share your story, learn about local supports, or simply connect socially, this group offers a warm and welcoming environment. Each month includes a guest speaker from local organizations, advocates, caregivers, or people with lived experience.
The goals of this gathering are to:
• Build community among individuals and families experiencing disability in Cochrane
• Provide a safe and welcoming place to connect and share
• Support one another through conversation and resource sharing
• Highlight a variety of voices and perspectives through monthly guest speakers
Everyone is welcome.
Come as you are, stay for as long as you like, and be part of a growing community of belonging in Cochrane.
