Kit Downes, Klavier
Kit Downes, BBC Jazz Award Gewinner und Mercury Music Award Nominee, ist Solo-Künstler bei ECM Records. Er tritt weltweit auf Klavier, Orgel und Harmonium auf, sowohl solo als auch mit Bands wie ENEMY, Troyka und Elt. Er hat mit Künstlern wie Squarepusher und Bill Frisell zusammengearbeitet und gibt regelmäßig Solo-Orgel- und Klavierkonzerte an renommierten Orten wie der Elbphilharmonie und der Royal Albert Hall. Als Fellow an der Royal Academy of Music komponiert er auch für Festivals und Ensembles. Seine ECM-Alben Obsidian, Dreamlife of Debris und Vermillion wurden von der Kritik hochgelobt.
Tony Buck, Schlagzeug
Tony Buck, einer der kreativsten musikalischen Exporte Australiens, ist vor allem als Mitglied des Trios The Necks bekannt. Er hat mit zahlreichen Künstlern, darunter John Zorn und Lee Ranaldo, gespielt und ist in verschiedenen Improvisations- und Neue-Musik-Projekten weltweit aktiv. Seine Solo-Arbeiten integrieren Video- und Musik-Kunst, und er erkundet weiterhin Projekte wie Spill und Glacial.
Thorbjørn Silas Stefansson, Bass
Thorbjørn Stefansson ist ein renommierter Kontrabassist in der europäischen Improvisationsszene, aktiv in Dänemark und Deutschland. Sein Debütalbum mit dem Trio Dream Big Fish erschien 2024, daneben auch Projekte wie Sun Ark und Precious. Er tourt international und erhielt 2021 den JIB Jazz Award als Herausragender Solist.

Tony Buck, Drums
Tony Buck, one of Australia’s most creative musical exports, is best known as a member of the trio The Necks. Thorbjørn Silas Stefansson, Bass
Thorbjørn Stefansson is a renowned double bassist in the European improvisation scene, active in both Denmark and Germany. His debut album with the trio Dream Big Fish was released in 2024, alongside projects like Sun Ark and Precious. He tours internationally and received the JIB Jazz Award as Outstanding Soloist in 2021.
