Join us Downtown for our annual Spring Cleanup in Downtown Flint on Saturday, May 2 from 10am-12noon! This year, we are dedicating our cleanup to the legacy of a community champion, Heather Burnash.
We will be doing smaller maintenance and beautification projects, including trash, pick up, planting some flowers and assisting our local downtown businesses to spruce up the spaces around them. We would like to build a community to do list and are looking for your input on creative and engaging ways that we can be beautify Downtown and keep it that way.
Meet at Greater Flint Arts Councilat 10 o’clock and we will form smaller work groups and make our way to Riverbank Park!
We will be continuing Heather’s legacy of stewardship and pouring our love into downtown Flint in her honor.
Cleanup supplies and gloves will be provided.
