Brown Enterprises and (jointly and severally, “User”) and their representatives and employees, permission to use and/or publish photographs or videos of yourself in print and/or electronically. You understand and agree that these materials will become the property of User. You hereby authorize User to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing their programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, you waive your rights to any compensation arising or related to the use of photographs or videos. You release and discharge User their respective affiliated entities, employees, officers, members, partners, agents, and attorneys (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims arising out of use of the photos or videos for any lawful purpose such as for publicity, social media, illustration, advertising, and Web content. You hereby release the Released Parties and their legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. In the case of minors, User has your permission to use photo or video of your child or child in your legal custody with all the permissions outlined above. You understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. You also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.
