About this Event

During National Adoption Month, FAITH invites you to hear directly from transracial adoptees and former foster youth. They will share what helped, what hurt, and what love truly required of the families and agencies who raised them.

The evening includes a moderated panel, audience Q&A, and the launch and signing of What Love Requires: Hard Conversations for White Families Raising Black Children by FAITH founder LaShanna Bruce.

Who should attend: foster and adoptive parents, caseworkers, agency staff, churches and community partners.

Admission is free, but seating is limited, so please RSVP to reserve your seat.

Hosted by FAITH (Foster and Adopt Interracial Transformation and Harmony), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
