We’ll begin with a 90-minute CIVANA-led breathwork session, clearing space for clarity, connection, and expansion.
Arrive between 9:00–9:30am for a live demonstration where Janine will walk you through how In The Moment Soul Coaching works in real-time.
After our breathwork, we’ll gather for a nourishing brunch at Terras to laugh, sip, and celebrate.
