Nearly every country has their own special type of bread. In this class you will learn how to make bread from many cultures including Swedish, Finn, Italian, Polish, Jewish, Middle Eastern and others. There will be a cooking demo in class as well as a ‘hands-on’ session on pita bread.
Food fee $10.00 payable to Instructor the night of class. Bring containers for take home.
There will be plenty to sample in class and recipes for home - bring take home containers!
