Auditions for New Bern Civic Theatre's production of IN THE HEIGHTS will be Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday, July 20, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

PERFORMANCE DATES:
November 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, & 21
Director: Bradley Moore
Music Director: Megan Latham
Choreographer: Natalie Singletary & Charles Morgan
The cast will consist of 18-21 performers.
ALL ROLES are available.
Audition slots are for ages 17 and over ONLY.
Auditions will consist of singing only. Please prepare 32 bars of an UPTEMPO song of your choice. Must be UPTEMPO. Please bring a track. Acapella is not prefered. Callbacks will consist of singing cuts from the show, cold readings, and a dance call. If available, please bring a headshot/photo & resume with you to auditions.
Rehearsals will typically be in the evenings from 6:30PM – 9:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a few possible Saturday afternoon rehearsals as the opening date approaches. Rehearsals will begin Monday, August 24, 2026.
