About this Event

Join Side Quest Society for a Halloween TTRG Special... IN THE DUNGEONS!

For one night only, descend into the historic underground tunnels beneath Mechanics and experience an evening of immersive tabletop roleplaying in a truly atmospheric setting. Gather your party, light your lanterns, and prepare to uncover mysteries, face unspeakable horrors, and embark on unforgettable adventures beneath the streets of Burnley.

Choose from a selection of specially curated Halloween-themed one-shot adventures, including:

• Vaesen – Investigate dark folklore and confront creatures from Scandinavian myth. (1 Table of 4)
• Call of Cthulhu – Unravel cosmic mysteries where knowledge comes at a terrible price. (1 Table of 4)
• Dungeons & Dragons – Brave haunted dungeons, cursed ruins, and terrifying monsters. (2 Tables of 4)

Whether you're a seasoned roleplayer or completely new to TTRPGs, our Game Masters will guide you through a self-contained adventure designed to be completed in a single evening.

Time: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Location: The Underground Tunnels, Mechanics, Burnley

Expect atmospheric lighting, immersive surroundings, and a uniquely spooky setting that perfectly complements the stories being told.

Tickets are extremely limited and must be booked in advance. Due to the nature of the event, no walk-ins will be permitted on the day.

Content Warnings + Age Restriction

SQS Policy is that Horror themed TTRPG Events are 18+. These horror/spooky themed games may have references to:

• Gore and horror themes
• Occult elements and supernatural creatures
• Monsters and frightening situations
• Death and peril

Please note that, due to the nature of these historic underground tunnels, the venue is not wheelchair accessible. The space also includes uneven surfaces, low ceilings in places, and stair access.
