IN SYNC performance - fitness and wellbeing launch event

Our first-ever event is here!! IN SYNC performance is all about helping you understand the menstrual cycle, female health, and how we can support this through strength training, psychology and nutrition. Join us to get IN SYNC with yourself and understand YOU!!

We will be hosting our first event at REFORM+ Gym Glasgow, starting with a strength session centred around female health, followed by a menstrual workshop discussing all things menstruation, nutrition and psychology in sport!

What to expect:

1. A full-strength session is included in your ticket
