Spring is in the air... The Spring Equinox is on Friday, March 20th.
Celebrate this special day of balance and rebirth on Saturday, March 21st through restorative yoga and an extended relaxation with singing bowls!
Join Katie Ruiz, Certified Yoga Teacher & Sound Therapist to raise your vibration, refresh your thoughts, and boost awareness and creativity as you let go and sink into stillness with the calming tones of crystal singing bowls.
*This is a gentle yoga practice using props to support the body so that your yoga poses can be held comfortably for longer durations.
*During this Spring Equinox Celebration we will:
-Reset resolutions and goals for the year
-Realign mind, body, and spirit
-Raise vibration
