What is the Seven Centers of Existence? Seven Centers of Existence is a movement study of meditation which respectfully embodies the sonic and visual experience of the Bijas Mantras of the Seven Chakras.
What can you anticipate during this performance? This exploration is a community collaboration that merges a vibrant visual expression of breath and movement as a meditative process.
Who Should Attend? Everyone welcome to attend. Anyone interested in observing a performative meditation beautifully blended through breath and movement.
