What is T.R.U.E Code? Trust, Remember, Unveil, Embody
T: Trust your inner wisdom- anchor into yourself, your body, your emotions, your story, and intuition. Let go of needing outside validation.
R: Remember who you were before the world told you who to be. This is about reconnecting with your essence, your inner child, your souls truth and the parts you’ve silenced or forgotten.
U: Unveil the layers. Peel back the programming the masks, the conditioning and all that is not truly you. This is shadow work, emotional release and identity reclamation.
E: Embody your truth. You don’t just know who you are- you live it. This is the integration where you align new insights and self-discoveries into action and expression to become your new way of being

*Attending In-Studio: Please bring your water bottle. Practice is done standing but chairs will be available if breaks are needed.
*Attending Online: You will need a smart phone device, iPad, Tablet or Computer with reliable internet access.
