A group of acclaimed West Coast Canadian musicians will come together to perform their unique renditions of Prine’s timeless catalog, sharing the music that has deeply inspired their own creative journeys.
Featuring Kendel Carson, Doug Cox, Tom and Kalissa Landa, and Steve Mitchell, this ensemble of talented artists brings a wealth of experience and passion to the stage:
• Kendel Carson is a renowned fiddle player, singer, and songwriter who has toured with Alan Doyle and performed alongside John Prine, Spirit of the West, and many more.
• Doug Cox is a multi-instrumentalist and producer whose career includes collaborations with icons such as Long John Baldry and Kim Richey.
• Tom and Kalissa Landa are the driving force behind The Paperboys and Locarno, blending roots and world music into a rich, soulful sound.
• Steve Mitchell is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a career that spans from Vancouver Island to Nashville, including his work with Travels With Charley and The Paperboys.
