In Real Life: Gamer Get Together

IRL: Gamer Get Together – Part 2 is a collaborative event between Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP) and REAL digitizED, designed to bring youth and families together for a day of competitive and casual gaming, community celebration, and tech-forward engagement. Building on the success of the first IRL event, this installment will feature tournaments, giveaways, music, food, and entertainment that promote digital inclusion, STEAM engagement, and youth empowerment through gaming.

• In addition to digital gaming, there will be a variety of board and card games available for those who prefer traditional gaming formats. This section encourages social interaction and friendly competition among participants.
• Featured tournaments include Tekken 8 and Super Smash Bros. Participants will have the chance to showcase their skills and compete for prizes. These tournaments will be organized and monitored to ensure fair play and excitement for all involved.
• Complimentary pizza, snacks, and drinks will be available throughout the event.
