Ordering Food on Lecture nights

• Please let us know in advance if you are planning to order food. You can indicate this when you book.

• On Wednesday lecture nights, the bar opens at 18:00 and food orders can be placed from then.

• If you order in good time, it's usually possible to eat before the talk begins at 19:00. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t finished eating by the time the talk begins.

• Or, if you order before the talk begins, your meal can be served during the interval at around 20.00 until around 20:25.

• The third option is to eat when the talk finishes, at 21:00. If you place your order before the talk begins, you will be served more promptly.

• Depending on numbers, food may be served buffet-style.

• There's always a range of dishes, including vegetarian. If you have a special dietary requirement, please indicate this on the booking form.

• Please note it is not possible to book to eat at a specific time. We leave it to you to place your order at the bar when you arrive.
