Peaceful Birthing HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method guides you to easily find your instinctive birthing ability. Birthing Companions are key to the process and learn simple tools for support and how to work with medical professionals.Our 5 week class teaches families to know their birthing options, access deep relaxation, let go of negativity that can surround birth to enjoy one of the most special times of life. All birth journeys respected - home or hospital birth, natural or medicated, and birthing via cesarean. Ask about Birth Doula services too!
