Legal Update l and ll can be taken in any order.
As a result of attending this 4-hour mandatory class, the licensees will be updated on TRELA statutory changes and the TREC rule updates. Class will also highlight the changes to sales agent and broker response times, updates to promulgated forms, a review of Fair Housing Guidelines, as well as, the Do’s and Don’t’s of Fair Housing. Class manual provided (e-manual provided for virtual classroom). Short quiz will follow.
