Drop-in Yoga Class

When: Monday, 11:15am-12:15pm

Where: Haelan Clinic Yoga Studio, Crouch End, N8 8DT

Join me for a gentle, in-person yoga class to soothe the nervous system and feel better in our bodies. This is an hour-long class suitable for new and experienced yogis alike, where we'll be aiming to gradually boost our mood and energy throughout the practice. It’s important to me that students have absolute autonomy over their practice. I’ll always give you options so you can choose what’s best for your body.

This class requires the ability to move from seated to standing using props, a wall or a chair. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (though we'll have a couple of spares). All other props will be provided.

This class takes place at the Haelan Centre Yoga Studio, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8 8DT. To access the studio, please ring the buzzer at the Haelan Clinic door (just to the left of the ice cream/coffee hatch!). It's requested that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class.
