Please bring earbuds or headphones that work with your cellphone. And a vegetarian dish/app to share.
We meet monthly in-person, to meditate, share, and discuss together. Location: Yafi's house in Ellenton, contact for address.
Monroe sound technology meditation will be provided by Dr. Yafi.
