In Person: Senior PetCare With LifeCare Alliance

Who this In Person Event is for:

Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling.

What you’ll be doing:

Everyone loves their pet and wants to take the best care of them. Children will learn about the benefits of pet ownership and ways Lifecare Alliance’s Meals on Wheels and Senior PetCare programs help support pets and people alike. We will tour LifeCare Alliance, make pet toys, bag pet food, decorate bandanas, and color cheer cards for Senior PetCare clients.

Children will purchase and/or conduct a donation drive to collect pet food before the event. A donation flyer is provided in your confirmation email! At this time LifeCare Alliance’s biggest needs are wet and dry cat food.

Specific Instructions:

All supplies will be provided. If you are participating in the donation drive, please bring all collected pet food. Open bags of food are accepted as long as they are not expired.
