About this Event
This exhilarating, fun full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga, pilates-inspired movements. Pound Fitness classes are one of the most fun ways you’ll find to move your body and get the happy endorphins flowing.
We use Ripstix (weighted drumsticks - 200grams each and 40cm long) to hit in time to the beat of a variety of awesome music tracks…
It's an all over body workout which includes a series of squats, lunges and body movements to tone and strengthen your muscles including your core, increase your heart rate, improve balance, connect the mind to the body, and help you to destress - hitting the sticks to the beat is very therapeutic.
This class is suitable for all levels.
