We welcome adults at all fitness levels. No previous experience is necessary, but if you've got it, bring it! Find your favorite ways to move and maybe even some fun ways to safely challenge yourself. You can feel comfortable in our relaxed, supportive, non-judgmental community. We're looking forward to practicing with you!
