This guided breathwork experience offers a 3-part conscious connected breathing pattern with music and intuitive energy work to help you process and release unmetabolized emotions and energetic charge in your body.
Before we begin, Jessica will offer a group card pull and intuitive reflection to invite awareness of what’s most present. During the session, you’ll be guided through the breath to access a meditative, expanded state of consciousness. Afterward, we’ll integrate through journaling prompts and optional sharing.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and allow your breath to lead you home.
